I need to replace two "Wheel assembly - Wheel and axle assembly for upper dishrack" units, but I can't see how to remove the old wheel assembly. It seems that the plastic ends of the metal guide that houses the wheels should come off - but I don't see how to do so. Therefore, I'm reluctant to order the parts. Can you provide advice?

Answer Hello Larry. You will need to pull the top rack out and release the clips 99002135 on the ends of the rack rails. The clips has tabs on the rail that will need to be pressed in to remove the clips. Hope this helps.

Looking at dishwasher the right wheel keeps coming apart, the wheel looks ruff. Is that the only piece I need or what do you recommend ?

Answer Hello Tim! If the right wheel is falling off the rack you may want to replace the wheel and axle to be on the safe side. The lower rack is part number 99002780 this includes the wheel and axle. The upper rack wheel is part number 903093, this also includes the wheel and axle. Thanks!
