Diane M. for Model Number FGGS3045KWA We have had our Frigidaire oven since Nov 2010, we have had to replace the oven handle 4 times. We have an extended warrantee thru Lowes, is there something we can do to remedy the problem for good? It is White, the handle is plastic and the screws are metal, the breakage is always at the point the metal screw goes into the threaded plastic. Can we replace the handle with the metal handle from the stainless steel version? Please let us know because we have not had it repaired yet.
Answer Hello Diane! Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a replacement other than the original white handle 316544501 that came with your product from the manufacturer.
