Larry S for Model Number FGEF3032MFH I have a 2015 Frigidaire Gallery series range that has heating problems. The oven will heat but doesn't maintain a constant temperature. If you bake a rising crust pizza at the recommended 400 degrees, the crust doesn't rise as the oven probably wasn't hot enough. I believe the temperature sensor or probe may need to be replaced. What is your recommendation?
Answer Larry, It would be recommended to test the sensor for a resistance value of 1090 ohms at room temp and then check at 350 degrees for approximately 1654 ohms. If the resistance is good then this will most likely be the control board and if the resistance is off then this is the sensor that would need to be replaced. Read More...
