Jojo You should tell the audience that door latches (on the physical door - not the mechanism) usually are the culprit and become loose and just need tightening or alignment.
Answer JoJo, when the question of an intermittent door latch operation or error code is posted, we normally do recommend the door strike be checked for alignment to the latch, the latch assembly screws be checked and tightened, and the loading door be checked for proper alignment to the front panel and the opening.
