Earline for Model Number msd2572veboo Where the ice comes out to go into the tray on the door, it freezes with this hunk of ice. I do need to change the filter. Could this be the reason for the ice around the bottom where the ice cubes come out to go into the door dispenser.
Answer Earline, The reason for ice build up is air leaking into the freezer door. The moisture in the air turns to ice when entering a frozen environment. As long as the tabs for the ice door are not broken off then you can use this kit W10823377. If tabs are broken and the assembly can be moved left to right and not sealing because of this then you will need to order 8201756.
