Answer Hello Hubertaramirez. First, lift the lid,and remove the fabric softener cup. Then remove agitator hold down bolt and lift out agitator. Then set unit on its back. You need to unclip and set aside the water pump. Then unhook the motor electrical plug, remove screws holding down the motor and set the motor aside. Then unbolt the 3 bolts holding the transmission into the tub support assembly. Then pull complete transmission / agitator assembly out from the bottom.
