Carley for Model Number kudio1ilwh3 Tryed to pull the ribbon connector off of the main control board and it was very difficul, would not move, was afraid to force it, did not want to damage,break the board. Is there a secret to get this off? should it just pull up straight? can it be rocked side to side? or is there a tool needed? KUDI01ILWH3
