Dominick for Model Number GGW9200LW0 Hi, My Whirlpool GGW9200LW0 Gas dryer has a leak in the gas valve. I ordered and recieved (quickly I might add) a W10480542 valve from you as a replacement. I have propane at the house and need to convert the dryer over to LP, but the new valve has a metal cover over the hole where part #15, #16, and # 17 go (your parts diagram). The metal cover looks like it might be able to be pryed off like a bottle cap and the brass conversion parts installed. Any ideas? Thanks, Nick
Answer Hello Dominick, This will require a conversion kit 49572A. You will have to remove the cover to install this kit.
