With the screws out, flex the plastic brace near the hinges to dislodge it. The old brace likely has small locking tabs that fit into the hinges, so some force may be required.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove one side, then the other. The damaged hinge brace can now be fully removed from the dishwasher.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Install the replacement\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, inspect the new replacement hinge brace and identify the optimal holes to use for mounting it back onto the door hinges.
