These are located on the upper left and right corners.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully pry off the hinge cover and set it aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Replace the top hinge bearing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<p>With the hinge cover removed, you&#8217;ll see the hinge assembly and the old plastic hinge bearing inside.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take a flathead screwdriver and insert it into the gap between the bearing and the hinge housing.<\/li>\n<li>Gently pry the old bearing out of the hinge. Some force may be required if it&#8217;s stuck in place.<\/li>\n<li>Once removed, simply press the new hinge bearing into the hinge assembly, lining up the holes. The new bearing should click firmly into place.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Replace the bottom freezer door bearing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<p>Now we can move on to replacing the hinge bearing on the bottom of the freezer door.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start by removing any food or shelves from the door to lighten it.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully rotate the freezer door sideways to access the bottom hinge. You should see a removable door stop attached with one screw.<\/li>\n<li>Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove this screw and take off the door stop.<\/li>\n<li>Insert a flathead screwdriver into the bottom of the hinge, the same way you did on the top, and pry out the old bearing.<\/li>\n<li>Press the new bearing firmly into the hinge.<\/li>\n<li>Reattach the door stop with its screw and you&#8217;re done with the freezer door.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Replace the bottom refrigerator door bearing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3> <\/h3>\n<p>For the refrigerator door, start by removing the hinge pin that connects the door to the bottom hinge.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use a 3\/8 socket wrench to unscrew and remove the hinge pin.<\/li>\n<li>With the hinge pin removed, you can tilt the door toward you and lift it off the bottom hinge.
