If the machine is overloaded, remove some of the clothes and try running a wash cycle again. If the error returns, check the control board (PCB) wiring connector for the motor by removing the control panel assembly.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First remove the 6 screws holding it in place.<\/li>\n<li>Lift the cover panel upward, using a flathead screwdriver to disengage the left and right hooks if needed (be careful not to damage the hooks).<\/li>\n<li>Remove the 2 screws on either side at the bottom that hold the front of the control panel assembly, then turn the panel over.<\/li>\n<li>Pull the knob out to remove it.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the 4 screws on the control board housing to access the PCB.<\/li>\n<li>Disconnect the motor connector, inspect it for any damage, and reconnect it securely.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the motor cover is properly in place and secured.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Test the motor<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove the wiring connector on the motor and use a multimeter to measure the resistance between any two of the three terminals on the motor.<\/li>\n<li>The resistance should be around 19.3\u03a9. If the resistance is significantly different, the motor will need to be replaced.<\/li>\n<li>Visually inspect the motor for any signs of damage, such as a broken coil or the presence of foreign material. If the motor appears damaged, it will need to be replaced.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the hall sensor terminal on the motor is properly connected.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect the wiring connection between the motor and the PCB. Check that the connections are not loose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After completing the troubleshooting steps and replacing any damaged parts, try running a wash cycle to see if the error code has been resolved.
