This isn\u2019t just about potentially losing that tub of sour cream behind boxes of leftovers, either. Fancier refrigerators will have gasketed drawers with adjustable vents that allow you to select the humidity of the drawer. In more basic models, the crisper drawer is nothing more than a plastic bin.
