Pull it out gently until it stops.<\/li>\n<li>Find the two dish rack stoppers &#8211; there should be one on each side of the upper rack to prevent the rack from detaching when it\u2019s pulled out.<\/li>\n<li>Use a flat-blade screwdriver to press in on the tab of the right stopper and push up to detach it. Remove the stopper.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat step 4 on the left stopper &#8211; press the screwdriver into the tab, then push up and remove the stopper.<\/li>\n<li>With both stoppers detached, slowly pull out the upper rack and carefully place it on the counter. Placing it upside down may give you better access to the wheels.<\/li>\n<li>Examine the 4 wheel assemblies on the underside of the rack. Find the damaged one that\u2019s not rolling properly.<\/li>\n<li>To detach the wheel assembly, use a screwdriver to press down on its locking tab.<\/li>\n<li>While you keep the tab pressed, slide the entire wheel housing down and off the rack mounts. Remove and discard the old wheel housing.<\/li>\n<li>Grab the new replacement wheel assembly and orient it correctly so it matches the opening.<\/li>\n<li>Slide the replacement part up into the rack mounts while keeping the locking tab pressed down.<\/li>\n<li>Release the tab once the new wheel assembly is fully inserted so the wheel assembly is locked in place.
