This guarantee only covers the cost of eligible parts and does not include any shipping fees. All prices must be publicly available and verifiable by our team to qualify. Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase.
This Price Match Guarantee is valid solely for publicly advertised prices on identical parts offered by qualified appliance parts retailers. Qualification requires that the competing retailer offers services comparable to ours, including equivalent customer service support (including hours of operation) and a matching 1 year return policy.
Qualifying retailers are required to provide a method for AppliancePartsPros.com to confirm both the advertised price and service level. If these criteria cannot be validated by our team, the refund request will be declined. We require information such as the URL where the lower price part can be seen as well as the contact information of the customer requesting a refund.

Receiving Your Refund
Customers can expect a response within 24-48 hours of submitting a refund request. If AppliancePartsPros.com is able to verify the availability of the part, the lower sales price, and comparable service level, you’ll receive a refund reflecting the difference between the total cost of your part (tax included) and the confirmed lower price (with tax included). The refund will be applied to the credit card used in making the original purchase within 3-7 days, depending on the financial institution's policy.

AppliancePartsPros.com will not be held responsible for issuing refunds under the Price Match Guarantee if any incorrect or erroneous pricing is uploaded by us or our vendors. Furthermore, we disclaim liability for any printing or administrative mistakes which could occur in any Price Match Guarantee materials.
