The grill vent was broken by the factory certified technician who came to replace the door switch and didn't know that the grill vent is held by a screw on the top side he yanked the vent and broke

Ordered the grill vent on their website and set it in the right place. Replaced the screw to take off the broken piece. It was as easy as abc.

The vent cover fell off due to broken tabs

Chatted with a gentleman named Kenneth online on my cell phone. I had no idea what the part number was. I just described it to him with my microwave oven model number. Kenneth located the part number and gave it to me. Before he can complete the order online, my cell phone was disconnected. Later on, I called my order in. The customer service person was very helpful. Got the part shipped and the installation was very simple.
