Disconnect power. Access rear of oven by pulling out from wall. Remove wiring connector to fan. Remove screws holding fan housing to oven unit. Remove oven door to allow ease of interior access. Remove fan blade nut (it has reversed threads). The nut may not come loose easily and you may need to cut fan out to get motor out from oven unit. I advise purchasing new fan blade when purchasing motor. Once fan is out the motor should remove easily from rear of oven. Install new fan in reverse order.
