Searched numerous sites such as Sears Parts Direct, eBay, Amazon, etc. and found Appliance Parts Pros as an "ad" on amazon since they did not have the part. Previous to that, I conducted various internet searches that confirmed the diagnosis of a drain pump malfunction on the likes of YouTube, etc. Long story short, I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros as the part cost, shipping, shipping time was the most competitive and beat many sites. They promised an average shipping time of 1.7 days if I recall accurately too. I ordered late Friday afternoon, and got my part the next day! I installed the following day with relative ease. My dishwasher is actually more effective and quieter than when I bought it 9 years ago!
