Went to your site and entered model #. Went to the picture that had that area in the window. Looked at what part is in that location (part #115). Also was very helpful that in that part description was a video on how to replace that part. When I decided to order, noticed another part # that was offered. So, to be sure that I was ordering the right one I called the customer help desk. She was very helpful and asked the model #. So along with her help, she even offered to do the ordering for me over the phone. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME customer service and I received the part within 4 days. Problem solved. Can't say enough about the amazing customer service and the fact that I just saved $1500.00 on a new refrigerator.
