I washed several you tube videos to get an idea of how to troubleshoot the problem. I finally hit the right one and discovered it was my inlet valve and possibly a water hose. I had watched a video from your store and went to it online. It also had a video on how to replace the exact parts I ordered, which was very convenient. My parts came in and it took less than 10 minutes to get changed out and back in business. No service repair man needed. This woman did it all herself!! Thank you for providing the videos. Great way to help your business. I wish you had Samsung parts for my leaking refrigerator.
