I unplugged the stove from the 220 volt (250 peak) power, unscrewed the back of the stove from the stove, disconnected the wires from the bad bake element, unscrewed the 2 screws holding the element, & removed it from the oven compartment. Then it was just the simple task of installing the new bake element by reversing the sequence I used to remove the old one.
By the way, it was fantastic that it took less than a day to receive the new bake element. Great job in shipping it out!
