I tried to do a load of wash last week & the washer would not spin. It made a buzzing sound. I put in my symptom on the site & it said the motor coupling was the most likely cause. I ordered the part (it arrived in 2 days) & watched the repair video. I took the washer apart & when I got to the motor coupling it was in pieces. I replaced the coupling & the washer is working again.
