Replaced the drain pump assembly. Used the online video from Youtube. This was such a simple fix, but the attachment of the pump to the frame is by rubber gromets. Without the video, I would not have known how to remove the pump. By doing it myself, I saved over $100 on the cost of a repair man and pump price.
