Rod October 03, 2020 for Model Number WF337AAL/XAA I'm looking for a replacement control board Part #MFS-WF327L-TO. I've looked at several others places and every site says Samsung no longer makes this part of is discontinued. If this is the case, is there a replacement control panel. If not, I will never buy Samsung products again as the availability of parts on a 12 year old washing machine should be plentiful, not discontinued.

Gary September 05, 2017 for Model Number WF337AAL/XAA-0000 Had machine stop mid cycle due to something jammed in pump. Cleaned pump, it is ok now. Problem is I get a FL error have replaced door switch assembly. What should I look at now still have FL code, have cleared codes from board 2x, board test says 'good' Thank you for the assistance

Tony August 25, 2015 for Model Number WF337AAW/XAA Drain issue, I have replaced pump, there was no blockage but still have intermittent drain pump operation. I went into test mode to test drain pump circuit. Some times when I press button to test drain pump the pump will energizer other time not, no pattern it will just occasionally respond to request. Is this a main PCB issue or is there something else to test? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Tony. When the pump does not come on in test mode, you need to see if there is power to it. If so, the pump is bad. If not, the board is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Jim February 21, 2015 for Model Number WF337AAL/XAA-0000 I am working on a Samsung front load washer, model WF337AAL/XAA-0000. I ran the rinse spin cycle and when it got to 11 minutes it started to pump the water out then stopped. I checked for power at the plug in on the pump and there was none. I'm thinking it could be a relay on the main board and I am wondering what you thought about it.
1 Answer Hello Jim, You need to run this unit through the diagnostics to pinpoint the issue. Many times this complaint can be solved without parts by simply clearing the sump area between the drain pump and the outer tub assembly. If there is no power getting past the filter assembly DC29-00013A you should verify the polarity of the wall out before replacing it.
