Marie Ann, With the housing there are 2 screws at the bottom and you will need to remove the wire that is hooked to the side. You will also want to disconnect the hoses from the water valve to make this easier. but you should be able to pull the housing straight out.

Hello James. Remove the filter and the grille from the unit. Make sure the water is turned off. Then remove the screws securing the housing and release the lines from the back of it and pull it out of the front of the unit. Install new housing in reverse order.

Hello Mike, You insert the water tube into the fitting and push firmly. This should cause the line to pop in an additional 1/4 inch or so. Pulling on the water line like you are trying to pull the line back out will seat the seal. To remove a water line, push in on the line like you are seating it, hold the rings around the water line in toward the filter head, and slip the water line out while holding the ring to the filter head.
