  • Addresses no fill, slow/partial fill, or water seeping into the tub when off

Includes: One water inlet valve kit Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and shut off both water supplies before servicing
  • Have towels ready; relieve hose pressure and note wire/hose locations (take a photo)

Hello Dan. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.

Hello Jim. That is normal. If the water valve has the hot hose unhooked, cold water will come out of the hot water valve side. You must have both sides of the valve hooked up to prevent this from happening.

Jay, You will want to turn the water supply off and pull the hoses off the water valve. Check to make sure that the screens on the water valve are not clogged. If not clogged then the water valve would be the problem.
