When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. Apply screw driver to two push points underneath bottom of from panel. Pops right out. disconnect electrical plugs. reconnect to new and pop panel back in. Done. Read more
