After taking off the 2 screws in the back to lift the top lid off, I pulled out my multimeter and checked for voltage on the cable - 120v. First thing power runs into is a noise filter and then to the front panel board. 120 into the noise filter, less than 1v coming out. Replaced that sucker and off we went! Read more

I watched the Appliance Parts Pros and You tube videos on how to take apart the washer to get to the drain pump. I separated the drain pump motor from the pump housing to inspect the impeller then hooked the motor up to 120VAC to make sure it was running.
