Safety remedy instructions

• • Contact LG to obtain a free warning label and instructions on proper placement.

• • Engage the Lock Out/Control Lock feature on the range control panel to disable the heating elements when the range is not in use.

• • Always verify that the range knobs are off before leaving your home or going to bed.

• • Do not leave objects on the range when it is not in use.

Incidents and injuries reported

• • 86+ reports of unintentional activation of the front-mounted knobs.

• • Involvement in more than 28 fires.

• • At least five fires resulted in extensive property damage exceeding $340,000.

• • At least eight minor injuries (including burns) have been reported.

• • Three fires have been reported that involved pet fatalities.
