Replacement Steps

Step 1: Open the Freezer and Remove the Interior Parts

1. Open the freezer door all the way so you have full access to the lower section.
2. Remove the glass insert (if your model has one).
3. Reach in, lift it straight up, and carefully pull it out.
4. Next, remove the freezer basket.
5. Pull it straight out until it stops.

Step 2: Remove the Old Basket Rail
