This part is a genuine OEM window assembly that has been manufactured by Samsung for use with ovens.This window assembly fits into the oven door between the inner and outer panels and provides a way for the user to see into the oven. Windows are subject to wear and tear that can cause cracking, chipping, or other deterioration, requiring replacement. Make sure the oven is powered off and cooled down before replacing the window. Two people might be needed for the replacement process due to the fragility of the glass. Wear work gloves to prevent injury.This part is sold individually and is manufactured from high-quality, durable, non-corrosive materials to ensure the best possible quality. Hello Sally, Many units' I.D. tag will be inside the air grill above the door and to the right, normally visible only with a flashlight. If it has a film of grease and/or dust on it you may need to remove the grille to read it. The picture is an example and may not be the same model number. Be aware of voltages present in this compartment which necessitate turning power off of the unit before reaching inside. Some Dacor wall ovens have a slot inside the door above the left hinge which has a tab which, when depressed flips up a plate you can pull out which has the I.D. tag on it. This will be inside the lower door on a double oven. An illustration is on page 60 of the Use and Care Manual.
