What can I return?
We will gladly offer a full refund minus shipping costs on products that are new and have not been installed or show signs of installation. Yes, even electrical
parts that have not been installed or showing signs of installation. All items must be returned in original packaging. This includes retail boxes, packaging and
all accessories originally included with the shipment.

No, Outdoor Power Equipment has a 30-day warranty and return policy from the date of purchase. Return parts should not be installed or show signs of
installation. All items must be returned in original packaging. This includes retail boxes, packaging and all accessories originally included with the shipment.
Outdoor Power Equipment parts have a 30-day return policy which excludes normal wear items such as Blades, Belts, Blade Adapters, Blade Spindles or Mandrel
Assemblies, Filters, Grass or Vacuum Bags, Recoil Pulleys, Shave Plates and Skid Shoes
I received a damaged part, is this a return?
No, there’s no need to return a part received damaged during shipping. All we ask is to send
cs@appliancepartspros.com an email with model, serial number and include a photo of the box,
damaged part and shipping invoice. We will ship a replacement part once this information has been received.
How do I return my part?

Does AppliancePartsPros.com provide a return shipping label?
No, AppliancePartsPros.com does not provide a return shipping label. You may choose the carrier of your choice such as USPS, FedEx or UPS or you may purchase a
prepaid label from AppliancePartsPros.com. AppliancePartsPros.com does not offer refunds on shipping charges or surcharges for return items.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved by our staff, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few days. A full
refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding the original shipping charge.
If your return is not approved due to signs of installation, AppliancePartsPros.com is not responsible for returning the item to the customer.
Please note depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.

Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make it easy for you to cancel your order before it enters the shipping process.
If you have an account, simply log in and select the cancel order option. For guests who do not have an account, you can locate your order in the order history section at the bottom of the page.
Please note that orders are processed swiftly within 5 minutes, and the status is updated accordingly. Once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, if your order has already shipped, you are welcome to return any items following our Return Policy.
