Bruce H. for Model Number Kenmore Elite Dual Fuel Range Medel 790.75503 I keeping getting F3 error. Sometimes during baking cycle and other times hours after the baking cycle has ended. I have to reset circuit breaker to clear. I have replaced the EOC (318010102), sensor 316217002, and thermostat (318003600). What else can I do?
Answer Hello Bruce, F3 indicates one of the following conditions: Open RTD sensor probe/wiring problem (more than 15 seconds). Notes: - EOC may initially display an "FI", thinking a runaway condition exists. - An open sensor is above 3000 ohms. - A shorted sensor is below 700 ohms. Shorted RTD sensor probe/wiring problem (more than 15 seconds). Note: - "F3" is displayed when oven is in active mode or when an attempt to enter an active mode is made.
