Hello Arabian, The beep is indicating a failure in the bake/control circuit which is completely separate from the surface circuits. If you can tolerate the beeping sound you will have no problem using the surface elements. This appears to be a Canadian model so you will have to contact Frigidaire Canada to get the proper part number. If you can get the part number we can check to see if it is available but we unfortunately have no parts lists for these. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
