Stan for Model Number 790.75503207 My Kenmore Elite duel fuel bottom element won’t heat up. Voltage shows only 115 volts. It should be 220v. Broiler element works fine and so do both top and bottom elements in side oven. Any suggestions on what to replace. I’ve already changed out the bottom element. Thanks
