Joyce for Model Number Kenmore elite range Model 790.99513 The oven door is locked ( I was not cleaning it) I was pre-heating to cook a pizza. i opened the door and it was not heating, so I pressed bake again and nothing happened. I pushed cancel and the next thing I knew was the door locked . There is no light and controls do not respond. HELP!
