Frank for Model Number PLEF489CCE Hi, I received the clock/timer unit. I noticed that there are no buttons on it on the front side. I tried to remove mine from the old unit, but they dont come out. I tried hard to pull them out but they dont come out. I dont want to break them. Was I suppose to get buttons with new unit..Please advise. thanks..
Answer Hi Frank. The new knob shaft is part # 316080600. One each. The clock knob is part # 318017800. Suggestion, what would it hurt to try to separate the old clock (un- sandwich) and release the shafts inner holding clips to re-use the knobs...... Thank You. Read More...
