Hello Mike, Of course the first check is to flip the breaker off then back on to insure one side hasn't tripped. The next step is to open the control panel and check for both legs at the terminal block. If these tests pass, check at the board on the bake terminal. Since you will read 120Vac there regardless, if you turn the power off and dis-connect this wire, make sure the wire cannot touch any thing and turn the power back on. test from ground to the terminal on the control. This should read 120Vac. Now test to the wire. It should also read 120Vac, (the other leg of voltage). If the terminal on the clock reads no voltage, the issue is the relay on the clock 318010102. If the voltage is there but not on the wire, the issue is either the element 318255605 or the high temperature cutout 318003600.
