Jean for Model Number PLEF489acc Hi, The right side (large) oven on my range will not heat up. I checked your website and 72% of the time the problem is the lower heating element so I ordered that part and easily replaced it (thanks in part to your video). But the sad news is that it still doesn't work.. Called for tech support and ordered the clock/timer. This part, however, looks complicated to install. Is it?
