Hi Steve. Use a volt meter and check the power at the control board. The tan 120vac positive comes into the board from the fuse. The white/violet is the neutral at the board. If you do not have power there, you will need to back up your red volt meter (positive) lead to the Tan coming into the fuse for 120vac. You need to keep in mind that you have the door latches tripped (or bypassed/ jumped) in order to make these voltage checks. You will be safer by removing power and checking the fuse with your ohm meter to be closed. Keep working in reverse all the way back to the junction box (or start there) to verify circuit power.
