Hal for Model Number DU930PWPQ2 Hello. The dishwasher first faulted by only allowing a couple of the cycles to light up when you pressed buttons. Start button didn't work but cancel did. Then, it started working normally for a short while but failed before the cycle finished, and water did not drain out. Now it acts totally dead. I want to first check the thermal fuse but not sure where it's located. I have a VOM to check it with. And based upon other comments we need the controller replaced. So 1) Where is the thermal fuse and 2) will you ship to the US Virgin Islands? Thank you.
Answer Hal, If you remove the inner door panel on the dishwasher door the thermal fuse will most likely be attached to the housing of the control board. Test it for continuity. If this checks ok then it will most likely be an issue with the control panel of the unit. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to the US Virgin Islands. Read More...
