Tammy for Model Number DU945PWSQO My whirlpool dishwasher touch panel will not start the cycle, but the cancel button, heated dry,pots and pans,etc. Someone said the whole touch pad will have to be replaced any suggestions.
Answer Tammy, At this point, the keypad is the most likely issue " PROBLEM: WON’T RUN OR POWER UP No operation, no keypad response, and no LEDs or display > Multiple open or shorted circuits in keypad". Yes you will need to replace the complete control panel assembly WPW10101970 as it and the keypads are a single unit.
