Bill T for Model Number WTW6600SB2 After we turn on the power when we set the wash cycle we either get no time or the wrong time in the estimated time remaining window, but it doesn't happen every time. Where is our problem going to be?
Answer Bill, You're close to on target, the User Interface WP8564290 is a likely issue for an intermittent issue as you described. But first, you'll need to remove the console, then remove the board from the console and check the plastic button "tabs" on the inside of the console for cracks , and breaks, etc. this could keep the UIB board from programming, if the tabs don't depress the mini button on the UIB.
