Before the items were in stock and shipped immediately. This time they weren't in stock and I KNEW that when I ordered but they ACTUALLY confirmed a ship date in an email and then AGAIN CONFIRMED when the item shipped. I was VERY impressed with the customer service because honestly I am sick to death of NO customer service in most places and this place is NOT like that at all. I find using their website quite easy and there are pictures so I can figure out what part EXACTLY that I need.
