Description

The 6-inch louvered dryer vent hood is the exterior wall cap that covers the end of your dryer's exhaust duct, allowing moist air to escape outside while the louvered flaps close to block outside air, pests, and debris from entering when the dryer is off. It is installed on the exterior wall of your home where the dryer duct exits. Replace this part if the louvers are broken or stuck, airflow is restricted, or the existing hood is damaged and allowing drafts or pests inside.
