I used uTube videos to diagnose the problem, ordered the correct repair kit with help from AppliancePartsPros, watched their repair video, and fixed it! 8) I'm not handy at all and it took me about 8 minutes - it would have taken less time but I just couldn't believe how easy it was so I kept checking to make sure I did it right! LOL Do yourself a favor and also order the bolt and the white grease, which don't come with the agitator repair kit. I also wished that I'd ordered the plastic piece that the agitator kit snaps into on the bottom (no clue what it's called) cuz it was really worn out but if I have another problem then that will be what I replace next. Also had a great customer service experience and the order came the next day even though I didn't pay for expedited shipping. Can't say enough good things about this company - I may become a DIY grrrrl in spite of myself! 8)
