Have to take a lot of "stuff" out of the refrigerator- had to take out the food from the area, the drawer, the shelf and the shelf on the other side. It is a pain to get to to replace. It is a plastic piece and all that broke was the part around the screw. This was the 2nd time we replaced the same part- only a year later. A pain, but doable.
