Phil C Williamsburg , VA March 14, 2015 Appliance: Model CTX 21 BA Broken pan slide right Removed bottom bins and glass tray. Took complete frame out. I replaced the broken pan slide and put it back together. Simple 15 min. job. Only had to r&r two phillips head screws. I ordered the part online and had it in less then 24 hours.
