I was so pleased with how easy it was to search a video on your website, order a part, and then be able to fix it myself without hiring someone and overpaying on an easy fix. I actually ordered the wrong part to begin with, was able to ship it back flawlessly, and then rerorder the correct part after seeing the part number on the actual part. The new part was shipped to me in two days. I was able to pull up the video, follow the step by step directions to replace the part, and my dishwasher rack is working perfectly again!
