Shawn W Tomball , TX September 02, 2016 Broken spray arm This was quite likely the easiest appliance repair I have ever done. The OEM spray arm literally that a twist and lock fitting that you turn 90 degrees and it is out. Truthfully, that is also the problem, as that ease of removal is what caused the problem in the first place. The original spray arm came loose and landed on the heating element during a cycle, obviously destroying it. At least the replacement was easy... It took longer to unpack the spray arm than it did to replace it; start to finish including time to walk it from the front door to the kitchen, 90 seconds.
