Myself. I'm fairly handy. I did watch a little video, and the tip of putting a clip of some kind on the wires to keep them from falling back into the stove helped. Basically, I cut the circuit to the stove, unscrewed the mounting plate, unhooked the wires from the element, pulled the element off the little support hooks on the front, and reversed the process putting the new one in. It took me about 10 minutes. One wire was a little tough to get off.
The part arrived in two days, the fit was exact. Overall, a good experience.
